Reviewing all time sheets to ensure they are properly filled out and submit them in a timely manner for staff assigned to his/her department. Scheduling staff working hours and assigning staff to areas to provide adequate coverage within the Agency's requirements without previously authorized overtime. Periodic direct observation of staff performance and providing feedback to staff on their performance.
