This position reports to the Assistant Superintendent. The contract term is from August 1 to July 31 and provides for 218 annual days with an additional four supplemental days at per diem and one flex day. The 2009-2010 salary ranges from $86,788 to $101,044. Salary placement on the schedule is based on experience. Number of work days and salary may be negotiable. $3,300 is available for professional development. Each employee receives twelve sick leave days and two personal leave days. Benefits include mandatory dental, vision, and long term disability insurance and optional medical and life insurance. During the 2009-2010 school year, the State is providing $715.41 per month for a full-time employee to help defray the cost of health premiums.
