DUTIES: This person will be responsible for maintaining and developing a variety of internal education programs related to the company’s brokerage businesses, including designing online and live training programs and resources for employees. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as developer of new materials and organize and maintain existing internal education materials focused on a variety of products and services in the brokerages’ stock, options and futures platforms. Maintain and deliver new employee training and training for existing employees as new products or services evolve. Maintain and update ongoing (internal) online education and sharing resources related to the products and platforms of the company. Will be responsible for administering the company’s internal Wiki website, educational Moodles, recorded and live Orientation modules, routine print bulletins and video modules, as well as handling the metrics and analysis related to use and development of ongoing and new materials. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or training related area, or equivalent work experience Minimum of 4 years experience in a training role, preferably in a financial services environment Ability to quickly grasp process/technical concepts in order to develop employee oriented training materials Experience with online learning tools and overall curriculum development.
