About the Position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team, providing essential therapy services to students from Pre-K through 12th grade. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Physical Therapist (PT) in delivering therapy services to help students improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.

Implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed PT.

Monitor student progress and provide detailed documentation of sessions.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.

Adapt therapy sessions to meet the individualized needs of each student.

Qualifications

Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.

Current Minnesota state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred but not required.

Skills and Abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience with or willingness to learn about diverse student needs.

Proficiency in technology for documentation and virtual therapy when necessary.
