We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Sauk Rapids, MN. This school-based position provides an opportunity to support students in developing their communication skills and achieving academic success.
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
Provide both direct and consultative services to students Pre-K through 12th grade.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Minnesota state SLP license (or eligibility).
ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt therapy approaches to fit student needs.
Proficiency with technology for documentation and teletherapy (if required).
