To comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, all new employees must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States. 5. Persons applying for employment in the Thermalito Union Elementary School District, who receive a conditional offer of employment, will be required to submit to a department of justice fingerprint based backgroudn check, a urine drug screen and provide proof of TB clearance upon hire.
