Job Description:

Are you an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a positive impact in students' lives? We're hiring for a school-based SLP position near Hayward, MN! This is an excellent opportunity to provide critical speech and language services to students in an educational setting, helping them succeed both academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language needs in students.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with IEP teams.

Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure comprehensive support for students.

Maintain accurate records and track progress for each student.

Participate in IEP meetings and offer recommendations for therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs welcome to apply.

Experience in school-based settings is a plus but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
