Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated team in Clatskanie, OR. This school-based position offers the opportunity to work closely with students, educators, and families to help improve communication skills and support academic success.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student IEPs.

Provide direct services to students in individual and group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student goals.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on student needs and progress.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow district policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active SLP license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain).

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

School-based experience is a plus, but not required.
