Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near North Branch, MN! This school-based opportunity allows you to work closely with K-12 students to help them overcome communication barriers and reach their full potential in the classroom and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Provide therapy services in both individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student success.
Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid Minnesota SLP license (or ability to obtain).
ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
Passion for helping children communicate and thrive.
