Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our K-12 school team full-time near Morris, MN. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) to contribute to the development of students' speech and language skills in a positive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
Maintain thorough documentation and attend IEP meetings
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Minnesota SLP license or eligibility
ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates encouraged to apply
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Preferred:
Experience working with children or in school settings
Knowledge of IEP development and special education processes
