We're seeking a passionate and driven Physical Therapist (PT) to join our supportive school team near Florence, OR. Whether you're an experienced PT or newer to school-based settings, we welcome your dedication and clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individual and group therapy to K-12 students with physical disabilities or developmental delays
Conduct physical therapy evaluations and write comprehensive reports
Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and provide updates to parents and staff
Collaborate with educators and other school personnel to support student needs
Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
Oregon PT license or eligibility
Experience working with children or in schools is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Commitment to student success in the school environment
Preferred:
Familiarity with school-based therapy and IEP processes
Experience with adaptive equipment or assistive technology
