Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop IEPs to identify student needs and establish treatment goals.
Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to a varied caseload of approximately 30 students, ranging from Pre-K to 8th grade.
Maintain thorough documentation of services rendered and student progress.
Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
Stay updated on best practices and regulatory requirements in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Active or pending Vermont SLP license, with the ability to apply for one.
ASHA certification is a plus, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, though not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
