Position Overview:
A welcoming K-12 school district near Princeton, Minnesota is actively seeking a passionate and qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a great opportunity for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) who are ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of students while growing professionally in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain documentation and attend IEP and team meetings
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Minnesota SLP license or eligibility for licensure
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates welcome
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Experience:
Previous school-based or pediatric experience
Understanding of special education and IEP process
