Learning Producer/Instructional Designer-Remote

Insight Global is looking for a Learning Producer to join a growing team within the L&D organization for a top level ISP company. The Senior Learning Producer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences for employees at all levels of the organization. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with a passion for learning and development and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. Looking to pay $65-68hr Project/Program Management skills: oExcellent ability to prioritize arrangements, break projects into levels and tasks, etc oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the team and stakeholders oAbility to think strategically and creatively oStrong problem solving skills with ability to come up with solutions for unexpected problems that may arise during a project oProcess management: the ability to map vital and control processes within a project ecosystem oProject control: monitor and manage critical aspects of the project such as schedule, scope, and stakeholders Experience in adjusting to/implementing changing technology, businesses, systems, and tools Skilled and experienced in learning and development processes: oDesign and develop learning materials...training content creation (eLearning, Instructor Led, infographics, etc and training facilitation, rollout strategy, Learning Management Systems, etc) oStrong understanding of adult learning principles oExperience architecting and developing new enterprise learning programs Experience working with: oGoogle Workplace Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat, Calendar) We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
