Multiple Openings: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologists (K8) Illinois

Soliant is actively seeking three full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 20252026 school year to serve students across early childhood, elementary, and middle school grade levels in Illinois. These positions are ideal for clinicians who are passionate about supporting communication development in a diverse school environment. Each SLP will manage a caseload of no more than 60 students or a workload that remains manageable and compliant with state guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to students in grades K8

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Complete evaluations and re-evaluations in accordance with district timelines

• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student goals

• Maintain documentation of student progress, session notes, and reports

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

• Valid Illinois SLP license (or eligibility prior to start date)

• ASHA CCC preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered

• School-based experience preferred but not required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to effectively manage time and caseload across various grade levels

These full-time roles run from August 18, 2025, through June 2, 2026.
