School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois

Soliant is currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position in a school district in Illinois. This opening is for the upcoming 20252026 school year, supporting students across middle and high school levels. The position will be based at two schools within the district and offers a structured and collaborative environment for experienced or new SLP professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to middle and high school students

• Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines

• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress

• Travel between two school locations as required

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active Illinois SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFs considered

• Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload across multiple sites

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), running from August 4, 2025, through May 21, 2026.
