**About the Role:**
Were hiring a seasoned Senior Superintendent to run large-scale K-12 new construction projects ($100M+ scope) from dirt to turn-key. Youll lead all field operations, oversee subs, manage safety, and deliver top-tier public school campuses on time and on budget.

**What Youll Do:**

- Run the jobsite from start to finish (sitework, concrete, MEP, interiors, punch list)
- Coordinate all trades, inspections, vendors, and materials
- Drive schedule, enforce safety, and control quality
- Work hand-in-hand with PMs and owners
- Lead and mentor the field team with authority and clarity

**Youre a Fit If You:**

- Have 10+ years in commercial construction, with 5+ years as a Senior Superintendent
- Have completed ground-up K-12 projects over $100M
- Know concrete, steel, utilities, and interiors inside and out
- Are comfortable with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office
- Carry OSHA 30 (minimum)
- Have a solid track record and steady job history
