Remote Speech-Language Pathologist Independent Contractor (Iowa School)
Location: Remote | Serving Iowa K-12 Students
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Iowa to provide virtual speech therapy services to students aged K-12. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own hours while making a real impact on students communication skills.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote speech therapy services to K-12 students with a variety of speech and language disorders
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication needs and develop personalized therapy plans
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff to ensure comprehensive support for students
• Maintain thorough documentation of all therapy sessions, progress updates, and IEP reports
• Communicate with families and school staff regularly to track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

What Were Looking For:

• Active Iowa SLP license
• 2 years previous experience in a school setting
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
