Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative K-12 school team near Milaca, MN. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about helping students develop essential communication skills for academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students

Conduct evaluations and write detailed treatment plans

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Address a range of communication disorders including articulation, fluency, voice, and language

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff

Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student planning and success

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain one

Excellent communication and organizational skills
