NEW Full Time Speech Language Pathologist SLP Needed Near Gregory MN

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive K-12 school team near Gregory, MN. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to help students develop critical communication skills for success in school and everyday life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans

• Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Address a variety of speech/language disorders, including articulation, fluency, and receptive/expressive language

• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists

• Document student progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain one

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in school settings or working with children

• Understanding of IEPs and special education requirements
