Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated K-12 school team near Randall, MN. This full-time position provides a rewarding opportunity to support students in developing essential communication skills for academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Address a range of speech and language challenges, including articulation, fluency, and expressive/receptive language
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, progress reports, and evaluations
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
New graduates are welcome to apply
Preferred Experience:
Experience in school-based settings or working with children
Familiarity with IEPs and special education processes
