Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team near Little Falls, MN. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to help students develop essential communication skills to support their academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Address speech, language, fluency, voice, and social communication goals
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
