Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive K-12 school team near Genola, MN. This full-time role offers a meaningful opportunity to help students enhance their communication skills and reach their full academic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Support students with articulation, fluency, language, and social communication goals

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff

• Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and help shape student goals

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain one

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Open to new graduates

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in school-based settings

• Familiarity with IEP development and special education services
