Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a dedicated team at a school near Hauser, OR. This full-time role offers a great opportunity to support students in building the necessary skills for academic success and daily life development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop treatment plans

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Work with students on motor skills, daily living activities, and sensory integration

  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and assessments

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the success of students

  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting and planning

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Oregon OT license or eligibility to obtain one

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in school-based settings or working with children

  • Knowledge of IEP development and special education processes
