Remote Speech-Language Pathologist Full-Time, School-Based (1099 Contractor)
Location: Remote | Serving Arkansas School Districts
We are seeking a talented and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in Arkansas to provide remote therapy services to students in need of speech and language support. This full-time, 1099 contractor position allows you the flexibility to work from home, while still being an essential part of students' academic success and communication development.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver teletherapy sessions to K-12 students with a wide range of speech and language disorders
• Conduct assessments, create individualized therapy plans, and provide ongoing support to meet IEP goals
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure a comprehensive approach to student development
• Maintain accurate session documentation, progress reports, and treatment plans
• Help students develop essential communication skills that will support their academic and social success

Qualifications:

• Valid Arkansas SLP license
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA CCC-SLP required
• Experience in school-based therapy and teletherapy
• Comfortable using technology and teletherapy platforms to deliver services remotely
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a full caseload independently
