The position is based in Chester, VT, for the upcoming school year and may offer flexibility in work hours. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to evaluate student speech and language needs. Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual students. Provide direct and indirect speech and language services. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student achievement. Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress. Support a caseload of approximately 50 students across various grade levels. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Active or pending Vermont SLP license, with the ability to apply for one. ASHA certification is a plus, though Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
