Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Full-Time Scottsboro, GA

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time position in a supportive school district located in Scottsboro, Georgia. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced SLPs and help students improve their communication skills in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP

• Assist with the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Support students in developing communication, articulation, and language skills

• Prepare therapy materials and maintain organized session documentation

• Collaborate with supervising SLP, teachers, and school staff to support student success

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Active Georgia SLPA license

• Previous experience in school settings is a plus

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow therapy plans and take direction from supervising SLP
