We are excited to announce two opportunities for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Bay City, TX. These positions focus on providing specialized support to young learners, helping them develop essential communication skills. Position Details: Position 1: Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) to Kindergarten Position 2: 1st Grade to 2nd Grade Start Date: August 5
End Date: May 23
Hours per Week: 40 hours preferred, but we are open to candidates who can commit to fewer hours.
Caseload: Part-Time (25), Full-Time (50)
Population and Ages: ECSE to 2nd grade, based on experience
Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations of students' speech and language abilities
Write detailed reports on assessment findings
Present findings and recommendations in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students' educational goals
Candidate Requirements: Open to Clinical Fellows: Yes
Open to Assistants (SLPA): Yes, if unable to fill the position with a certified SLP
Teletherapy or Hybrid Options: Hybrid available, but strong preference for in-person services
Ideal Candidate Traits: Strong preference for in-person service delivery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged students
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
