We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services to students in the Clayton, TX area. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a collaborative, student-focused environment, helping children develop essential communication skills for success in school and daily life. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus, but not required.
Skills and Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success.
Proficiency in technology for documentation and virtual therapy when necessary.
