Position Overview: The Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CF) will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in one of our nearby school districts. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate to receive mentorship and support while developing expertise in a school setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and provide therapy for clients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapy sessions.

Participate in supervision sessions and clinical meetings to review cases and receive feedback.

Stay current with evidence-based practices and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current Clinical Fellow (CF) status or eligibility.

Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or in the process of obtaining.

Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development.

CPR certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or externship experience in a clinical setting.

Experience working with a diverse client population.
