Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Jamestown, ND Assignment Duration: Full School Year Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Full-Time Caseload: PreK-8th Grade Pay Rate: $40-$57/hour (Guaranteed Hours) based on experience Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team near Jamestown, ND. In this role, you will work with students from PreK through 8th grade, delivering specialized speech and language services to help them thrive academically and socially. This full-time position offers guaranteed hours and a competitive hourly rate ranging from $40 to $57. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
North Dakota SLP License or eligibility for licensure.
Strong understanding of school-based services and IEP processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
Primary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to determine individualized student needs.
Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to address communication challenges, aligning with students' IEP goals.
Provide direct therapy services to PreK-8th grade students, ensuring their progress is measurable and impactful.
Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to foster an inclusive environment for communication development.
Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and provide timely updates for IEP meetings.
