This contract position involves working 37.5 hours a week, with the potential for part-time hours, focusing on helping students achieve their communication goals. Location:

Dekalb, IL Key Responsibilities: Facilitate student participation in classroom activities by addressing fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, and self-care skills. Modify tasks and environments as needed to support individual student needs. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language challenges. Prepare and present comprehensive reports based on student assessments and observations. Develop and maintain Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives and accommodations. Collaborate with parents and educators to discuss students' progress and necessary support. Qualifications: Valid Illinois state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure.
