Primary Professional Duties
- Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations using standardized assessment instruments
- Create individualized intervention programs aligned with student IEP goals
- Deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions incorporating interactive digital materials
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through video conferencing platforms
- Complete detailed clinical documentation and progress monitoring reports
- Participate in IEP development, review, and transition planning meetings
- Provide consultation and training to educational staff and families
- Maintain professional development and continuing education compliance
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current Kentucky speech-language pathology licensure
- Minimum 2 years of school-based practice experience
- Virtual therapy experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of special education law and IEP processes
- Experience with English language learners beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
