Location: Scotts, North Carolina

Position Overview:
Are you a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a fulfilling role in Scotts, North Carolina ? Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time SLP to provide speech therapy services to elementary and middle school students across several schools in close proximity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help young learners develop vital communication skills that are critical to their academic and social success.

What Youll Do:

• Provide Therapy: Deliver speech therapy services to elementary and middle school students with a variety of speech and language challenges, such as articulation, fluency, and language delays.
• Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, families, and school staff to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Monitor Progress: Track student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as needed to ensure goals are met.
• Contribute to IEP Meetings: Share your expertise at IEP meetings, collaborating with the team to adjust goals based on each student's progress.

What Were Looking For:

• A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active North Carolina SLP License (required)
• Experience with elementary and middle school children is preferred but not required
• A willingness to travel between nearby schools in Scotts, NC
