School Speech Language Pathologist Position with Guaranteed Hours near Centralia, MO

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join faculty and provide services to a wonderful school district near Centralia, Missouri. This is a contract position for the fast-approaching 2024-2025 school year, offering a wonderful opportunity to work with a supportive team of professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of students!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
• Current Missouri state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred
