Job Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is excited to offer a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position in Stoney Creek, North Carolina . This role involves providing speech therapy services to an all Pre-K caseload, with work spanning multiple schools in close proximity to one another. This position is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on young students' speech and language development and support their academic and social growth at a critical age.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to Pre-K students, targeting articulation, language delays, fluency issues, and other communication challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for each student.
• Track student progress and adjust therapy techniques to ensure that each childs goals are met.
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute expertise and help adjust educational goals as needed.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active North Carolina SLP License (required)
• Experience working with Pre-K children is preferred, but not required
• Ability to travel between multiple nearby schools
