Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings, is preferred. Familiarity with IEPs and the school-based treatment process. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Location: New Castle, DE. Responsibilities: Assess and treat students with speech and language disorders, creating customized treatment plans. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs. Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by the school. Provide both direct and indirect services to ensure comprehensive support. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP discussions.
