This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on students' daily functioning and academic success. Join our collaborative team and support students in building the skills they need to thrive! Position Overview: Location: Near Old Forge, PA

Caseload/Population: K-12th grade

Assignment Period: Full school year

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and education level

Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and provide tailored occupational therapy to students

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' needs

Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success

Document and track student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning

Encourage skill development that enhances students' ability to engage in daily school activities

Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Pennsylvania OT licensure required

Experience in a school setting or with K-12 populations preferred, but not required

Strong organizational and communication skills

Passion for working with children and adolescents to foster growth and independence
