The ideal candidate will work with students from preschool through high school, providing high-quality services to those with communication and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a school setting.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify students needing SLP services.
Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings.
Provide education and support to students and their families regarding speech and language development.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid California SLP license.
CCC-SLP certification preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
