The selected candidate will work closely with K-12 students to assess and treat communication disorders, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with school staff and families to support student success. Position Highlights: Location: Seymour, MO (and surrounding areas)
Setting: School-based (K-12)
Caseload: Elementary, middle, or high school students
Employment Type: Full-time or part-time, depending on preference
Start Date: Immediate or for the 2024/2025 school year
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) for students.
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and development.
Document progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports.
Qualifications: Valid Missouri SLP licensure required
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
CCC-SLP certification preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
