Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Provide direct therapy to a diverse caseload of 40 students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student needs
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary
