Job Description:
Soliant is working with a district seeking two full-time Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join their school-based team in Coachella, CA for the 20252026 academic year . These positions serve a K-12 caseload , supporting students across multiple campuses. Youll work collaboratively to help students develop the motor, sensory, and functional skills necessary to succeed in the classroom and daily school life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect OT services to students in grades K12

• Complete evaluations, write reports, and contribute to IEPs

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Develop and implement interventions to promote student success

• Maintain accurate records and documentation per district and legal requirements

• Attend IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary team planning

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active California Occupational Therapist License (OTR/L)

• Pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills

• Commitment to supporting diverse learners

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
