Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
- Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language support
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on student needs
- Educate and engage families regarding speech and language development and strategies to support their children
