Job Description
An opportunity exists for a skilled candidate to support students in a K-12 educational setting. This contract position is located in White River Junction, VT, and is focused on addressing the diverse needs of approximately 30 students, ranging from Pre-K to 8th grade.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or pending Vermont Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligibility to apply
- ASHA certification is a plus, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though not required
- Strong ability to develop and implement IEPs, assessments, and treatment plans
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students to determine speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
