School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CFY) Location: Lawrence, MA Duration: 2024-2025 School Year Position Type: Full-Time Contract through ProCare Therapy ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and motivated Clinical Fellow in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP, CFY) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Lawrence, MA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with students from K-12, providing essential speech and language services to support their academic and communication needs. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on students' needs and IEP requirements. Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication development and academic success. Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings as needed. Requirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or currently in the process of completing CFY. Eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
