| Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based contract position in Warsaw, NY . This is a great opportunity to work with elementary students across three school buildings. Soliant offers weekly pay , comprehensive benefits , and a dedicated recruiter to support you every step of the way. Full-time (6.5 hours/day) Full 2025-2026 school year Elementary caseload Students with a range of speech/language communication needs Services provided across 3 school buildings Weekly pay via direct deposit Health, dental, and vision benefits (United Healthcare) Guaranteed hours + school holidays off Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans Provide direct therapy for speech, language, and communication goals Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary staff Participate in IEP meetings and assist in goal setting Monitor and document student progress Provide guidance and resources to families and caregivers Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid New York State SLP license (or eligibility) Experience in school settings preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and educational best practices Strong collaboration and communication skills Hourly Pay Range: $43-$53 (based on experience) Ready to make a difference in the lives of students?
