Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fort Wayne, IN

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a large and supportive school district in Fort Wayne, IN, for the 2024-25 school year. This position involves working with K-8th grade students and offers extensive support from district resources, including training from licensed SLPs and collaborative opportunities with over 40 SLPs in the district. Position Details: Location: Fort Wayne, IN Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week Dates: August 8 - May 21 Grade Levels: K-8th Caseload: Maximum of 75 students, with a workload model adjusting for severe/profound needs Work Sites: 1-2 building sites Work Type: Onsite Open to: Clinical Fellows (no SLPAs) Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services in a workload model, with 3 weeks focused on direct services and 1 week on indirect work. Develop and implement IEPs, conduct evaluations, and monitor student progress. Collaborate with two instructional assistants who are licensed SLPs, receive training on IEP software, and participate in weekly and monthly meetings. Complete Medicaid service logs and manage caseloads using Indiana IEP software. Qualifications: Must have active SLP licensure in Indiana.
