Speech-Language Pathologist (K12 Schools)

A student-focused school system in Southwest Washington is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join its special education and student support team. In this role, youll work with students from kindergarten through high school to evaluate communication needs, deliver therapy, and support access to learning across a variety of settings.

• Administer comprehensive speech-language assessments for students referred through general education and special education teams

• Develop individualized goals and treatment plans aligned with IEP requirements

• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress

• Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, families, and support staff

• Maintain service records and complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decisions

• Provide input on accommodations, AAC tools, and communication strategies
