Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our student support team for the [2025-2026] school year. The SLP will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students across elementary/middle/high school settings, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and promoting student success.
Skills Needed:
Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct thorough evaluations of students' speech, language, fluency, voice, and social communication skills.
Therapy Services: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs.
IEP Participation: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Consultation & Collaboration: Work closely with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable federal and state laws, including IDEA and WAC regulations.
