Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a certified Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to work with elementary students in Columbus, OH for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting students with visual impairments in a collaborative and inclusive educational environment. The TVI will be responsible for completing evaluations, conducting observations, and performing student assessments. This data will be used to help develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure each student receives appropriate support. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and experienced in working with younger learners. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and consultative services to elementary students with visual impairments. Complete evaluations, observations, and formal/informal assessments. Collaborate with special education staff, general education teachers, and families. Support the development and implementation of IEPs. Requirements: Valid Ohio certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired. Experience in elementary school settings preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
